I have been lucky enough to photograph this family three times, and after a couple of rescheduled dates because of the weather – we finally made it to our summer session. The Ornamental Gardens at the Experimental Farm were the perfect backdrop for last night’s session – and the sun finally graced us with it’s presence! I can’t wait to meet their new baby in only a few short weeks!! Here’s a sneak peek:
Tonight’s field session was a real treat for me! You see, as a photographer, it’s rare that we choose to be on the other side of the camera – so I was very much looking forward to photographing, Ottawa photographer, Jennifer Bailey and her gorgeous family! Jennifer and I met a few years ago and I can’t tell you how happy I was that she asked me to photograph her ever expanding family!! Can’t wait to meet baby # 4! Here’s a sneak peek:
I will admit, I was secretly hoping this family would ask me to photograph them!! You see, their daughter goes to the same daycare as my son and they live just down the street – so really, there is no reason not to photograph them!! And did I mention how cute they all are together!! I can’t wait to meet their new baby girl at the end of the summer! Here’s a sneak peek:

I am so lucky to live outside of the city, where my backyard is a gorgeous field of long grass, which every evening is bathed in warm sunlight. So I’ve decided to offer a special promotion available on Friday evenings (between 6:00-7:30) ONLY, weather permitting. These sessions will be available until the end of August, so there are limited spaces available. These sessions are available for any type of booking (up to 4 people).

What a great day!! The sun was shining and I got to spend the morning with another wonderful family expecting a baby boy in just 10 days! Big sister A was such fun and really loves “her” baby already! I have to admit there was some competition for attention – between Mom’s belly, a lovable dog and a sweet toddler – I just wanted to capture it all! Here’s a sneak peek:
